Lead the platform team of six that runs Quayline's infrastructure, developer tooling and on-call practice across two time zones.
What you will do
- Manage and grow a platform team of six engineers
- Own reliability targets and the on-call rotation
- Plan the move to a shared internal developer platform
- Work with security on access and audit requirements
What you will bring
- Three or more years managing infrastructure or platform engineers
- Hands-on background in cloud infrastructure
- Experience running incident reviews
- Based in a European time zone
