About billing.

Do clients need a paid seat?

No. Client reviewers open the portal without a seat. Studio includes five reviewers per recruiter seat; Practice and Firm include unlimited reviewers.

Can we start monthly and switch to yearly?

Yes. Yearly billing lowers the seat price, and the estimator above shows both so you can compare.

What happens to candidate data if we leave?

You can export candidates, roles and activity history at any time. After cancellation the data is deleted on the schedule set on the Security page.

Is there a placement fee or a cut of our fees?

No. Pricing is per recruiter seat only.
